A Bit About Us... Stageworks Full Time Performing Arts Course is an independent course that is designed to train students both mentally and professionally to audition at 3-year full time vocational courses. By being independent, we can advise and provide the relevant training and information for audition at any of the 3 year accredited colleges. The course has two directions of specialisation and aims to ensure students are guided to either the Professional Dancers Course or the Musical Theatre Course , whichever is the most suitable to encourage their development and aspirations. As well as the vocational qualifications that can be achieved, the course will also prepare audition pieces and have mock interviews specific to the students choice of college they wish to apply to. We aim to prepare the student mentally to be able to take on the challenges ahead of them. We are looking for the desire to perform and the willingness to train. The classes are aimed at different levels depending on individual abilities. Experience in all areas is not necessary as full training in all aspects will be given. 80% of our past students have received Dada/Scholarship funding at their next stage of training. Accomodation Facilities are available for students living outside the local area. Funding may also be available should you be successful in your audition. Classes will be small so that each student will get more individual attention from all our professional and qualified tutors. Examinations are accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) and are part of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) and are recognised by the Council for Dance Education and Training (CDET).
