Start by asking yourself what type of performing arts career you are looking for?
Our course will train you in dance, drama and singing and is focused on those people who want to perform.
Lets face it, if you have a true passion to perform then you know that’s what you want to do, it’s just knowing how to get there. That’s where we will help.

Will I be good enough?
It’s too easy doubt our potential. At Stageworks that is what we are looking for, a passion and potential.
Some of our students have had previous training. Some have only trained in certain subjects and some have had no training at all.

Can I come and look around?
Yes. We understand that this is a major decision and welcome you to our college. It is important that you make the right choices and learn in an environment that suits you. All we ask is that you contact us to arrange a time to visit.

Where can I live?
We have accommodation for students who live out of our local area. It is within walking distance from the studios. There are accommodation costs. We will help and advise you about possible funding assistance for this.

What will I be asked to do at audition?
It will consist of a ballet class and a jazz class. You will then be asked to perform a monologue and a song that you have already prepared. Don’t worry if some of this is new to you, we will know this from your application form. We will be looking at your present level and training potential.
